Construction Phasing and Schedule
Phase 1 (Fall 2023 - Fall 2024)
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
- Replace half of the bridge over Norfolk Southern rail lines
- Reconstruct north side of Ridge Pike from Belvoir Road to Industrial Way
- Rehab center of I-476 and Plymouth Creek bridges
- Install new sanitary and storm drainage lines
Phase 2 (Fall 2024 - Summer 2025)
- Replace half of the bridge over Norfolk Southern rail lines
- Reconstruct south side of Ridge Pike from Belvoir Road to Regal Drive
- Improve northeast quadrant of Alan Wood Road intersection
- Rehab north side of I-476 and Plymouth Creek bridges
- Modify ramps connecting to I-476
Phase 3 (Summer 2025)
- Reconstruct north side of Ridge Pike from Industrial Way to Alan Wood Road
- Remove Alan Wood Road jughandle
- Install center median at I-476 and Plymouth Creek bridge area
Phase 4 (Fall 2025)
- Reconstruct center area of Ridge Pike from Carland Road to Regal Drive
- Install center median approaching Alan Wood Road
Phase 5 (Fall 2025)
- Place final wearing surface and line striping throughout the project area
