The Montgomery County Commissioners announced today that the section of the Cross County Trail that was closed for drainage pipe installation and overhead bridge construction was reopened ahead of schedule on Wednesday, February 26.
Residents using the trail may encounter periodic short-term closures by flagging crews on weekdays between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM while the remaining overhead bridge work is completed.
The work is part of the County’s $40 million project to reconstruct Ridge Pike between Belvoir Road and Carland Road.
