The Montgomery County Commissioners announced today that emergency roadway repairs will take place on Thursday, January 11 on Ridge Pike in Plymouth Township to repair damage to Ridge Pike that occurred during yesterday’s rain event.
Starting at 7:00 AM on Thursday, January 11, the eastbound lanes of Ridge Pike will be closed between Carland and Belvoir roads. All traffic will be shifted onto the westbound lanes, reducing Ridge Pike to a single lane in each direction for the duration of the repairs. The traffic shift will remain in place throughout the day until the repairs are completed.
The repairs will allow the County’s contractor to complete the Stage 1 traffic shift at night on Thursday, January 11.
Motorists are advised to allow for extra time for travel through the work area as backups and delays may occur.
